My Story:
I began my career in the fast-paced world of sports PR and marketing, helping introduce new fans to motorsports and shaping stories around emerging drivers. It was there I learned how to connect with audiences and craft messages that resonate.
Eventually, I shifted into the fintech space, where I’ve spent the last decade designing and leading operational strategies for UX and creative teams at Fortune 500 companies. My work has always centered on building systems that empower people to do their best work.
But reading and writing? That’s always been home.
Motherhood cracked something open in me. After becoming a mom during the pandemic, I found myself wrestling with identity, ambition, burnout—and the deep beauty of raising tiny humans. Writing helped me make sense of it all.
I now write a weekly newsletter, Modern Motherhood Musings, where I reflect on life at the intersection of motherhood, career, community, and creativity. My work is rooted in honesty, curiosity, and a belief that stories have the power to connect and heal.
I live in Houston, Texas with my husband, our two wild and wonderful boys, and our spunky old Bichon. You can usually find me with a book in one hand and coffee in the other.
